New “Candidate Type” in Hiring Approval Request

What Is It?

When requesting approval for a new employee, some recruiters need to specify the candidate type, i.e  whether they are an internal candidate or an external job seeker.
To ensure greater clarity, we have added a new default field called “Candidate Type” to the hiring approval form that displays two radio buttons with the following values:

  1. Internal Employee
  2. External Job Seeker


How Does It Work?

When the user  loads the candidate CV upon generating the hiring approval request, then the candidate type is selected by default. Moreover,  the user will be able to add a suitable setting for the hiring approval based on this field value.
