Talentera’s reports are geared towards helping recruiters and managers make data-driven decisions with their hiring budgets to ensure that they make the most of every penny spent during talent sourcing.

Our Talent Source Reports are designed specifically to facilitate analyses pertaining to the source of your hires or applications. The great news? We’ve enhanced this report to allow recruiters to further drill-down and specify the sources that were used to find candidates. Previously, manually sourced candidates were all grouped under the ‘Sourced’ category which didn’t shed enough light on the particular candidate sourcing stream. With our new enhancement, you can choose between multiple sub-sources as well!

So for instance, say you sourced a candidate through Social Media (whether through Facebook or LinkedIn), you can now dig deep into the specific source of candidates in your system.

To do this, go to the Talent Source Report from the Reports tab:

 

 

Select the Social Media option:

 

 

Choose which Social Media source:

 

 

Now you can view all the stats for that source!
