“Recently Created Jobs” Widget on Dashboard

What Is It?

The dashboard is the central hub of the Talentera portal and the first thing the users see when they access their account. We’ve been trying to constantly upgrade the dashboard to enhance, simplify and enrich the user experience and we’re happy to come up with yet another update to this end. We have added a new job widget to the dashboards of line managers, admins and recruiters called “Recently Created Jobs”.

This section displays the latest posted jobs, along with the following details for each job posting:

  • Job ID
  • Job Title
  • Job Status
  • Number of Applicants
  • Created Date
  • Inbox Percentage to calculate the number of CVs that exist in Inbox Stage divided by the number of the CVs in all stages *100

This update thus makes it easy for recruiters and line managers to conveniently view the latest posted jobs and quickly scan their details without having to put in extra effort to retrieve additional information.
