Once you post a job, you will be directed to the Job Dashboard but instead of seeing a deflating “There are no candidates for this job yet” message, you will now be provided guidelines on sourcing the best candidates for the job right away with links to:

  • Recommended profiles from your talent database
  • Capturing applicants from your career portal
  • Increasing reach of your job posting through Talentera’s partner network
  • Reaching out to a Recruitment Agency to fill the position
