Talentera allows users the flexibility to choose from a database of standardized tests or create their own custom questionnaires to obtain information from candidates. Since candidate responses to these questionnaires are crucial to further their evaluation, the platform now allows recruiters and managers to print the completed forms or export the responses for further analysis and collaboration.

The two ‘Print’ and ‘Export’ icons that can now be found at the top right of each completed questionnaire can be used to perform either of these two essential actions:
