What Is It?

In some cases, when the recruiter moves a candidate’s CV to a rejection stage, they need to specify the reason behind this action. For this purpose,  we have prepared a list of possible reasons from which the recruiters can select the one that they find most apt. The system will simply display a pop-up with options for the users every time they attempt to move a candidate to a rejection stage, prompting them to pick a suitable reason.

 

How Does This Work?

  1. As an admin, or a user with “Candidate Selection Flow” permission, you can enable this option when you create a new stage from rejection type.

  2. After enabling this option, when you are about to shift  a CV to the rejection stage, a pop up with a list of reasons for the rejection will appear.
     

  3. If none of the options match your reason for rejection,  you can select “Other” and feel free to input another one.
  4. You’ll be able to view the specified reason on the CV Activity Log.
