What Is It?

Our evaluation forms have become one of the key tools that hiring managers use to assess candidates. Improving these forms and constantly enhancing their efficiency is therefore one of our topmost priorities.

We’ve noticed that often some questions in the evaluation forms tend to be interlinked. For this purpose, we have released a feature that allows interviewers to link fields in evaluation forms. This way, the user will also be able to hide or display a question based on another question’s answer.

How Does It Work?

As you can see in the following GIFs, the two questions shown are interlinked. Only if the answer type for the first question i.e “Do you recommend we move forward with the candidate?” is a “No”, will the next question be displayed i.e “Enter the rejection reason”.
