Every job post that you create takes a lot of effort. You run a vacancy through the manpower budget, develop job descriptions, prepare a requisition, obtain hiring approvals, and only then do you go ahead with posting a new job and sourcing relevant candidates for it. With so much effort going into all these job openings, it’s important to know how each one performed once it was put out there. You already had rich reports on your talent pipeline and applicant stage volume but we’ve introduced a new set of reports that provide crucial metrics for each job post and here’s what they help you quantify:

Applications Over Time

A new report that shows the job timeline and the number of applications received since the job was created.

Recruitment Process Report

The summary section of the Recruitment Process Report for the selected Job. This provides recruiters with the average time to hire or reject applicants, as well as stating which stage of the workflow is causing a bottleneck for applicants. You can also view the full report by clicking View Full Report underneath the widget.

Applicants Breakdown

Multiple widgets that display the different trends of candidates applied to the job in question such as Genders, Nationalities, CV Sources and many more.
