When creating a form to a certain template or letter it is very important to recruiters and HR managers to view how the end result looks in PDF format, because many organizations tend to use the end product in PDF format after all, for printing and attachments. 

As part of our mission to build the best possible solution that matches the businesses and organization needs we have released our PDf preview feature inform management for offer letters.

How Does it work:

1-  Login to your employer account

2- Go  to admin panel – form management 

3- Create / Edit an offer letter from

4- In Step 5 in creating or editing an offer letter form

5- Click in the “Preview as PDF” action

6- A pdf file will be downloaded to your device

7- Open the downloaded file for the preview.

And you are done!
