Hijri Date Field in CV Builder

What is it?

In some cases, mostly for the purpose of record keeping, the recruiters require a very specific type of information about the job seeker they’re considering for a role. For example, we observed that many recruiters in the MENA region like to know the Hijri birthdate of the job seekers.

To cater to this need we have added a new custom field with this specific data type to CV builder. Hijri Dates can be added for any field type in the CV builder.

 

New Triggers and Actions for Smart Rules

What is it?

Automation and Technology have become central features of recruiting workflows, and with the help of an ATS, recruiters have managed to not just automate traditionally manual procedures but have also increased the efficiency and pace of these processes.

With Talentera, recruiters can automate the process of dispatching offer letters, instead of composing and sending them manually. This takes less time, and even lesser effort. To add yet another dose of convenience to the recruiter’s responsibilities, we are happy to share that we’re introducing a new series of actions and triggers for this stage.  Here’s how:

1- There will be two actions available when a “CV” “Accepts a Job Offer”:

  1. Add a tag.
  2. “Deactivate job” for all other admins

2- Add a new event to the “CV” i.e “Rejects a Job Offer” with the following list of conditions:

  1. User nationality
  2. Has applied to
  3. Gender
  4. Residence Location
  5. Employment Type
  6. User type is
  7. Existing CV tags

3- Here is the list of actions that will be available to the user thereafter:

  1. Update Applicant Stage
  2. Send Document Request
  3. Add to Job Inbox
  4. Create Task
  5. Send an email
  6. Add a tag
