Save time and effort and update your budget with one upload!

Previously, when a recruiter or HR manager wants to update the budgeted job profiles for terminated users, he/she must go through them one by one and remove them. The budget file uploads feature is used to create new job profiles and to manage the old ones.  For the duplicated or terminated job profiles, they are manually removed one by one, which takes so much effort and time to be done. It is now possible to remove the terminated users with one click only. By uploading the new budget updates, the system will take care of it and reflect it on the budget view in no time. How It Works:

1- Go to the admin panel.

2- Then open Hiring Budget Management page in Manpower Planning & Financial Management section.

3- Go the Hiring Budget Tracking’ page

4- Click on the import button,  and download the file template from the upload page

5- Fill the file template with the updated budget, save as CSV  then upload.
