Individual note addition to CVs bulk approval requests has arrived!

In many cases, recruiters or hiring managers may need to send CVs in bulk for approvals, and they might want to add different notes on some of these CVs to highlight or recommend something. Now, it is all possible. Recruiters will be able to add a different note to each CV that was picked for the bulk approval request. The attached notes will be sent along with the email that goes to the hiring manager.

How It Works:

1- Go to the job section in the system main menu.

2- Open any job that has many job applications

3- Select a bulk of CVs then Go to the Collaborate option in the menu above.

4- Send the bulk of CVs for approval

5- Once this action is selected a page will be opened, which will allow you to add notes individually on each CV and you are done!
