Experience new CV folder sharing capabilities – Share by roles.

We believe that constant improvements to our client’s experience is a key factor for their success, and that is why we tackled the share experience of CV folders for all clients. We’ve done this by transforming sharing with all users tool to sharing by role. This will allow recruiters to choose which roles they want to share the CV folder with from a list of available roles.

This feature can be accessed by following the steps below:

1- Go to the candidate’s option in the system main menu.

2- Then open folders.

3- Click on the share icon next to the folder you want to share.

4- Choose the role tab and set the roles that you want to share it with, and you are done!
