What is it?
As a part of our ongoing effort to simplify importing of divisions into the system, the Talentera team has now updated the Divisions template. Addressing one of the biggest concerns of our clients, the enhanced template has added speed to the importing process by including important upgrades to cover:
– The system now supports duplicate division names, so that parent divisions and subdivisions can have the same name
– You can now upload up to 500 divisions
– Other language division names are now optional
– Parent division column is now mandatory
How does it work?
The updated Divisions template recruiters will download is bound to make it easier for them to import their divisions into the system, and precisely match the department structure of their organization.
It’s crucial that our customers find importing of divisions as seamless as possible; experience the enhancement for yourself- we’d love to hear your feedback.
