New Recruiter Application Withdrawal Notification
What is it?
In the simpler times, having updates regarding new candidate applications was enough for recruiters to get by. But then competition got more stiff, the job market more fast paced, and just like applications were received, they got withdrawn as well by prospects- without a way for recruiters to know that the candidate was no longer in the running for shortlisting and selection.
This is why Talentera has enhanced notification settings to simplify jobs management, thus allowing recruiters to receive notifications both when new candidates apply, or the existing ones choose to withdraw their applications. The improved recruiter notifications user interface sends out email alerts to help your hiring team only focus on the talent most interested in pursuing positions at your company.
How does it work?
1) Go to “Jobs” in the navigation bar, and select your desired job to edit notifications for.
2) Select “Applicant Settings” and scroll down to Notification Settings.
3) Check box that says “Email me when applicants withdraw their application”.
