Acquiring CV approvals one-by-one from key decision makers can grow monotonous and take up too much time. To ensure that your recruiters can be more efficient, productive and supercharged to fill vacancies, team Talentera has now upgraded its functionality to allow users to select as many CVs as they want and get approvals in a jiffy!

Time is of the essence when recruiting for open positions; high market competition and slow hiring can be damaging to your business and employer brand. To help your recruiters pick up the pace without getting lost in confusing interfaces and time-consuming series of steps, our multiple CV approval process is the perfect solution!  

Users now enjoy the freedom to select as many CVs as they want, and get their approvals in one click. Not only do we deliver a great user experience, but also help you eliminate recruitment bottlenecks so that you can regain focus on making outstanding hiring decisions.

 

How does it work?

It’s extremely simple to get started with multiple CV approvals so that your favorite qualified candidates can now become your favorite employees with quick workflows. Follow these quick steps to take advantage of the new Get CV Approval action:

 

1) Click on “Jobs” in the menu bar

 

2) Select “My Jobs”

 

3) Click on the blue text indicating the volume of candidates (next to the job title) that have applied for the position

 

 

4) Select the CVs of your choice by checking the empty box on the right side of the candidate profile

 

5) Alternatively you can also use the “Select all on this page” option to request approvals for all CVs visible on the page

 

 

6) Next, click on “Collaborate”

 

7) Select “Get CV Approval”

 

8) Select the user you would like to request the approval from using the drop down menu.

 

9) That’s it, mission accomplished!
