Users Privacy: New Policy, and Terms & Conditions

What is it?
This new page will clearly and explicitly explain steps taken to safeguard information to build trust between your organization and prospected talent.
Why does it matter?
This step not only helps in satisfying various pivotal data privacy laws such as GDPR, but also enables users to feel secure knowing that their privacy is always protected.
How does it work?
Users simply need to select “My Account” on their dashboard, and scroll to the bottom of the page. By clicking the “Privacy” button located there, they can review all information about data privacy that is nicely segmented into clearly titled sections.
There are four tabs to choose from:
Terms & Conditions: The new Terms and Conditions revised in 2018.
Collected Data: A list of data being collected from visitors, along with an option to request data collected specifically from a user.
Deleting Collected Data: A request page to allow users to request their data be permanently deleted from our system.
