Screened Out Candidate Degrees Enhancement

What is it?
Every job opening in your organization has a different set of qualifications required from the ideal candidate. Keeping this need on the forefront of our enhancement, Talentera has added two new options to screen out candidates based on degree.
You can now screen out candidates with a higher or lower degree than what you specified in your job description to ensure that you connect with the best prospects with the right academic credentials. Finding powerful assets with precision to add to your workforce? Problem solved.
How does it work?
User-friendly and fast, screening out applicants is effortless to accomplish with our interface. This will help a ton when trying to find candidates with a certain education level.
1) Open Job Settings> Go to Applicant Settings.
2) Based on the degree requirements you mentioned in the job setup (see screenshot below), the screen out applicants option will show a drop-down field to enter the desired filter.
3) Select screen out filter of your choice for the degree. For example, if you want to only hire fresh graduates, you can choose the screen out applicants who “Have Higher Than” Bachelor’s degree option.
Zooming in to the right talent with the right qualifications will accelerate shortlisting and help recruiters promptly schedule interviews to eliminate vacancies without delay, how brilliant, right?
