Product Updates
When a candidate passes to the hiring stage, certain documents are likely to be required to proceed with the hiring process. When the recruiter sends a document request to the candidate, a delay might happen for different reasons. To avoid a long wait period, we have added a new feature allowing recruiters to send reminders manually.

How it works:
1- Go to documents request report by clicking the “reminder icon
2- An email will be sent to the candidate and it will contain a link that the candidate can access to submit his/her documents, and you are done!
