Introducing job share/unshare capability for company profile users only.

Any recruiter who works as part of a large organization that has multiple companies needs to be able to share or unshare a certain job with users. However,  recruiters should be limited to sharing jobs with users who have the same company profile as they do, which is why the list of users now displays all users within the same company profile for any recruiter. Now with this enhancement, the recruiter will be limited to sharing or unsharing jobs only with users who have been given the same company profile as the recruiter.

You can explore this feature by:

1- Going to my jobs page, from the jobs section in the system main menu

2- Go to the “more” menu option on the top right side of the job that you want to make the changes to.

3- Go to share/unshare options from more dropdown lists.

4- From the opened modal, change the sharing setting by user or role, and See how the list of users or profiles will be different as it shows the users with the same company profile only, and you are done!
