Add/Change Ownership- Hiring Approval Module Update

What Is It?

Recruiters may face the need to change the ownership of the created hiring approval request to ensure that no delays in hiring decisions. To make this action seamless for Talentera users, we have added the ability to change the ownership in hiring approval module- this way the recruiters can select the new owners if necessary (and never miss a target again).

 

How Does It Work?

 

1) Navigate to “Requisitions“, and then click on Approver Assignments.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2) Select the job title that you’d like to update ownership for.

 

3) Click on the drop down menu on the right top titled “More“. Now choose change ownership to select your new desired owner.
